This all-purpose meat cutting knife is great for filleting and trimming fish, and for precise cutting of softer cuts of beef and poultry. The 6” Narrow Curved Boning Knife allows for the optimal working angle when cutting close to the bone. The super sharp hand-honed edge is perfect for making smooth, accurate and deep cuts as you debone your meat. The ergonomic handle features a textured, slip-resistant grip that prevents fatigue.
