The Hobart 00-916319 OEM 40qt Adaptable Whip  is an OEM 40 Qt  Adaptable Stainless Wire Whip (“D Style” agitator) for use with the Legacy HL800 and HL1400 mixer. This Whip is used when customers wish to make smaller 40qt batches using their 80qt HL800, or 140qt Hl1400 Hobart Legacy Mixer. Made of high quality Stainless Steel, this agitator is perfect for adding air/aerating eggs, making whipped cream, etc.
