ALFA PMA-12 Burger Patty Maker Attachment
The ALFA PMA-12 Burger Patty Maker Attachment is a great way to speed up the burger making process in your commercial kitchen and return valuable prep time to your operation. Ensure product quality, consistency and portion control with the ALFA PMA-12, which makes perfect 5 oz patties that are 4″ in diameter and 1/2″ thick every time.
The ALFA PMA-12 attaches to Meat Grinders/Choppers (size #12 only) and Sausage stuffing machines from many of the most popular brands. Complete with 4 universal adapter tubes (all measurements indicate outer diameter of adapter tube): 1) 2 1/16″ (52mm); 2) 2 9/16″ (65mm) ; 3) 3 7/8″ (73mm); 4) 4 3/16″ (108mm) for maximum cross-compatibility.
Easy to 2 step disassembly (no tools required) to clean and dishwasher safe for food sanitation purposes.
Using the ALFA PMA-12 is as simple as 1-2-3:
- Attach the PMA-12 to your Meat Grinder or Sausage Stuffer head using the adapter tube (4 included). Hand tighten grinder or stuffer ring.
- Feed meat into your grinder/sausage stuffer, and turn the machine on. The meat will automatically fill Patty Maker Attachment to make the perfect 5 oz, 1/2″ thick 4″ diameter patty.
- Once chamber one of the patty maker is full, push the patty maker attachment to chamber two. The finished patty from chamber one will drop out of the attachment (we recommend placing patty paper between each completed patty), and your grinder/stuffer will begin making the second patty in chamber two. Repeat!
