Hobart (3000 SS) 914753 Stainless Steel Slicer Blade

The ALFA 3000 SS is a direct replacement for Hobart OEM#914753, a 13″ Stainless Steel Slicer Blade that fits Hobart 3000 Series slicer models 3613, 3713, 3813, 3913 and HS Series models: HS6, HS7, HS8, & HS9. This blade is removable with Hobart Special Tool(OEM #00-914758),and mounts to knife hub assembly (Hobart OEM 915421 and 915421-2).
