ALFA’s Stainless Steel 80B S/S Stainless Steel Beater Paddle is a direct replacement for Hobart OEM# 00-295041 Stainless 80 Quart Beater Paddle. The 80B S/S Flat Beater (“B” Style) is made of stainless steel instead of the customary aluminum construction For long-lasting durability. This 80qt Beater Paddle fits Hobart mixer models L800, M802, and with the proper bowl and adapter ring, Hobart 140 Quart model V1401.

Best used For the following applications: Mashing Potatoes, Mixing Cakes, Icings. Use 1st speed to start, medium speed to finish.
