Hobart (HS6NR) 00-914753-00002 HR Series Slicer Blade

The ALFA HS6NR is a direct replacement for Hobart OEM 914753-00002, a 13″ Stainless Steel Slicer knife that fits Hobart 3000 Series slicer models 3613N, 3713N, 3813N, 3913N and HS Series models: HS6N, HS7N, HS8N, & HS9N. This blade is considered “non-removable” by Hobart, but it mounts conventionally on the knife hub assembly (Hobart OEM# 915283-00003) with 4 mounting screws(Hobart OEM SC-114-99).
